Parachutes

Parachutes are used in meteorological balloon launches to enable safe return of the payload back to earth. PAWAN offers the following types of parachutes PX-R1 and PX-R2 are used with radiosondes (smaller payloads) and PX-O1 is used with ozonesondes (larger payloads)
